Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes activity that is not permitted on infrastructure or services we host or manage.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use hosted infrastructure or any CyberDairy-managed service to: distribute malware; send unsolicited bulk email (spam); host content that infringes intellectual property rights; attempt unauthorized access to other systems; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

Resource Abuse

Activity that degrades shared infrastructure for other clients — including but not limited to cryptocurrency mining or excessive automated scraping — is not permitted on shared hosting environments.

Content Standards

Journals hosted with us remain responsible for their own editorial content and publication decisions. We do not review or endorse editorial content published on client journals.

Enforcement

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of service, depending on severity. We will attempt to notify you before suspension except where immediate action is needed to protect shared infrastructure or other clients.
