Hosting Policy

This policy sets out the terms specific to CyberDairy's managed OJS hosting service.

Scope of Hosting Service

Hosting includes server environment provisioning and configuration for OJS, HTTPS certificate management, automated backups per your plan tier, and basic security hardening, as described on the OJS Hosting service and pricing pages.

Acceptable Use

Hosted installations must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend service for activity that threatens the security or availability of shared infrastructure.

Resource Limits

Each hosting tier includes defined storage and traffic expectations. We will notify you before usage becomes a problem rather than suspending service without warning, except in cases of security risk to shared infrastructure.

Backups

Backup frequency and retention depend on your hosting tier — see our Backup Policy for details.

Migration Away

You may request a full export of your content and database at any time, including if you choose to move hosting elsewhere.

Maintenance Windows

Planned maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic periods where possible, with advance notice for any change likely to cause visible downtime.
