These terms govern your use of this website and, at a high level, engagement of CyberDairy OJS Services. Specific project terms are set out in the written scope agreed for each engagement.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective and current clients to request services. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Service Engagements

Services are provided under a written scope agreed before billable work begins, covering deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and pricing. These general terms apply alongside that written scope; where the two conflict on project-specific matters, the written scope controls.

Independent Provider

CyberDairy OJS Services is an independent provider of technical and publishing-support services for Open Journal Systems. Open Journal Systems and OJS are associated with the Public Knowledge Project. CyberDairy is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Public Knowledge Project unless expressly stated.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific search-ranking outcomes, index inclusion (Google Scholar, DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, or similar), or zero downtime, except where a specific outcome is contractually committed in a Service Level Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise agreed in writing, you own the content, code, and configuration delivered as part of your engagement. We retain rights to general methodologies, tools, and know-how used to deliver the work.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CyberDairy's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section requires jurisdiction-specific legal review before production use.
